This morning, I witnessed something interesting, provided by Mother Nature.
We have a little woods which surrounds out outdoor dog kennel. Since we rarely have the dogs in the kennel, it has become a haven for rabbits. And, I figure this time of year the little bunnies are being born. Today, there was a crow (I am NOT fond of crows for reasons I will not state here) hanging and hopping around the "bunny" area. An adult rabbit actually went after the crow, and kept harassing it - jumping around-kind of chasing it- until the crow gave up and flew off. Hmmmmm, must have been the mama rabbit protecting her babies, which I am sure would have been a tasty little snack for that crow. Bunnies rule! Don't believe it? Check out this video.
