A Busy Week for the Justices

The Supreme Court has struck down a Louisiana law that allows the execution of people convicted of a raping a child.

The Supreme Court cut the $2.5 billion punitive damages award in the 1989 Exxon Valdez disaster to $500 million.

The Supreme Court also ruled that individual Americans have the right to own guns for personal use, and struck down a strict gun control law in the U.S. capital.

Does this mean that a child raper could buy a cache of handguns and take out the blood-sucking Exxon exec's?

WTF.
