Our weekend was wonderful! Ryan and Jessica came to the lake for a visit, and Nathan, who was attending Country Fest in Cadott also stopped in for a short visit between the shows. It's always a treat to have my family come, and we enjoyed going to Mona Lisa in Eau Claire on Friday night with Jessica and Ryan.
Today was picture perfect. As you may know, Monday's are not my best day of the week, that is reserved for Thursday. Today was different. I woke before the alarm, felt rested and anxious to start the day. Work was great, and after tending to some legal stuff at the County, Fred and I got out on the lake with the dogs for about a 4-hour tour. Blissful, in a word.
