Tornado

Earlier this summer, my son and daughter-in-law, Ryan and Jessica found themselves in the midst of the terrifying tornado that ravaged the town of Hugo, where they live. Fred and I were in Siren visiting Kim and Jer that weekend, and as the storm developed and ultimately wreaked havoc and took lives in Hugo, we felt helpless to watch until it cleared, and were saddened by the losses so many suffered, and yet were thankful to God that our family was spared.

This photo came to me today from Ryan, who I think received it from his wife, Jessica. Although it is an amazing photo shot, I can only imagine how frightening it must have been.
