Today was annual gynecological check up day, and mammogram day. Fun, huh? They have a new digital camera to take the pictures of breasts, which is very cool. You get to see the image right after they take the shots. Squish, squish! Sure, it's a little uncomfortable, but PLEASE, for yourself, your family and friends, just do it...schedule your appointments and git 'er done. Early detection is the best prevention. Ovarian cancer and breast cancer continue to top the lists of causes for death among women. So, I beg of you, and to your guys who may be reading this, please take the time to do the right thing for your body and loved ones.
