Wow, it's been a while, and Fred went to see his surgeon today...and...the really great news it this: His recover is only the second best his doc has seen! He even asked Fred what his regimen was to get things on track so quickly.
Just a couple of caveats: be careful of falling - especially this winter, and make sure he avoids any infection, at all costs.
So, I am proud of my husband for even going through with this knee replacement surgery and even prouder of him for working so hard to get this far, so fast.
Fred: you are da bomb.
