Our cardinals at the feeders seem to eat at the beginning of the day, and at the end of the day. Today, I filled all the feeders to the brim, and we also have a heated water dish for them, so that has fresh water in it, as well. The bunnies come out at night and feed on the spillage - which consists of corn, sunflower seeds, safflower seeds, peanuts, dried cherries and raisins. There's suet and other fatty "lard bars"-Fred calls them out for the Nuthatches and all the Woodpeckers. Brrrrrrr, poor little things!
The weekend is almost upon us, and we are excited about Joe coming, and will meet the rest of the family. And, of course, the big game on Sunday night. Someone told me all of Wisconsin is closed down on Monday, next. Is this a rumour or truth?????

I am so not a winter person. I don't even like to go outside to get the mail when it's this cold. Comfort food, a heavy blanket, a cup of coffee, the couch, and something good on the turntable. That's about it from now until March.
ITS GETTING TO BE MY KIND OF WEATHER OUT THERE CYN.ITS GREAT
